We are pleased to invite you to a curated pop-up exhibition presenting recent works by two emerging Zimbabwean visual artists Franklyn Dzingai and Wilfred Timire, both recipients of the artHarare Africa First Art prize. The exhibition, titled Wadii?,will be hosted by the Cape Town Art Residency as part of the Investec Cape Town Art Fair 2023 VIP program. Complimentary drinks will be served.
Wadii? places Timire and Dzingai in conversation through works produced during their residencies in Ghana and South Africa, respectively, that were catalysts for themes engaging with relational aesthetics and convergences between people, art and the city.
